The founder and CEO of this site is Michael Tipton, who also serves as VP of Sales and Marketing for Dutton and Associates, a world wide research company.

Mr. Tipton hails from northern California, where in additions to his duties at Dutton, his passion is sports and stocks! Tipton has long been fascinated with micro-caps, and has been active in these markets for many years, specializing in small company’s. He uses his long-time experience, financial studies, and passion to help subscribers discover those small, unknown companies.

Tipton graduated from the School of Business at Cal State University at Sacramento, and studied business and finance, then onto a career in the financial markets.  Mr. Tipton was also a long-time employee of the Sacramento Kings and the NBA, with the statistics team, and as a clock official. Today,  Tipton has gone entrepreneurial, dabbling in no less than four company’s he plays a major part in, including several of his own, and a medical start-up as well, known as Lambert/Tipton Partnership, creator’s of a medical traction device.

Tipton now lives in northern California near the greater Sacramento area where he resides with his wife, Nancy, and two kids, Danielle, and Mikey, along with his dog Willy.  In his spare time, Tipton takes part in boxing and kick-boxing, and plenty of family activities.
